The countertops were installed last week and look great! You guys did a fantastic job. I also wanted to let you know Ryan checked out the seam in my kitchen. He smoothed it out and called me afterward to let me know. The cool thing about this is that I didn't even ask him to take a look at it... he just checked it out and took care of it...that is awesome service and wanted you to know that Ryan is doing a great job!

Hi Julie, per our conversation today. We are ecstatic about the transformation the new countertops have made to the overall look of our kitchen and house. Our experience with Paxton has been nothing short of a pleasure. From the beginning, we have felt like family. Everyone helpful, knowledgeable and professional. The install crew and everyone involved did an amazing job. The tops fit to perfection and although there is a seam, it is unnoticeable. Amazing experience! Top notch sales staff and manufacturing facility! They found me something I loved that was within the budget. Measuring and installation was easy and on site staff was knowledgeable and amazing! Would highly recommend! PS they also finish the underside of all stone surfaces which I feel is very important!

Super responsive and very helpful. Perrin is the best! 2 opportunities: Add plumbing services to make you a one stop shop The showroom gets crowded really quickly if there’s a few people in there. It would also be good to have a place to sit down and go over the options. Overall though, amazing experience. You guys are awesome!

Our entire experience from beginning to end was nothing but excellent. They spent a lot of time with us in the planning stages to ensure we received exactly what we wanted. They were very punctual for in home appointments even though we are located an hour and a half from Lansing. The quality of the work stands for itself and we could not be happier with our new counter tops. We will definitely be using them for future projects and would not hesitate to recommend them to anyone.
